Important Ticket Information & Terms

Please review the following ticket information and event policies before completing your purchase.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions established by San Juan Beauty Show, Inc.

Promotional Ticket Offer

Purchase of one (1) admission ticket to the San Juan Beauty Show 2026 includes one (1) complimentary ticket valid only for Sunday, November 8, 2026, at the Puerto Rico Convention Center.

The complimentary ticket has no cash value and may not be sold, exchanged, transferred, duplicated or redeemed for cash, credit or admission on another event date.

The complimentary ticket is intended for a second attendee and does not provide admission for Monday, November 9, 2026.

Offer ends Friday, October 30, 2026, or earlier if the available promotional ticket inventory is exhausted.

Physical Tickets and Pickup

All tickets are physical and must be picked up in person at the official San Juan Beauty Show box office at the Puerto Rico Convention Center on Sunday, November 8, or Monday, November 9, 2026.

The purchaser must present the purchase confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID. The name on the ID must match the purchaser information submitted during checkout.

A confirmation email will be sent after payment. The confirmation email is proof of purchase and is not an admission ticket.

Final Sale and Processing Fees

All sales are final. Except where otherwise required by applicable law, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, transfers or credits will be accepted.

Payment processing fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing the event date, ticket type, purchaser information and total amount before submitting payment.

Event Schedule and Programming

Event schedules, operating hours, participating brands, exhibitors, educators, demonstrations, presentations and programming are subject to change without prior notice.

A change in schedule, exhibitor, educator, presentation or programming does not, by itself, entitle the purchaser or attendee to a refund.

Postponement or Cancellation

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event unless San Juan Beauty Show, Inc. announces a different policy.

If the event is canceled, any available refund or remedy will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the official cancellation notice issued by San Juan Beauty Show, Inc.

San Juan Beauty Show, Inc. is not responsible for separate expenses incurred by purchasers or attendees, including transportation, airfare, lodging, parking, meals or other personal expenses.

Admission and Attendee Conduct

San Juan Beauty Show, Inc. and the Puerto Rico Convention Center reserve the right to enforce all event, venue, safety and security policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, admission may be denied or an attendee may be removed when the attendee’s conduct is unsafe, threatening, fraudulent, disruptive, inappropriate or in violation of event or venue policies.

An attendee removed or denied admission because of such conduct will not be entitled to a refund.

Invalid or Unauthorized Tickets

Tickets that are altered, duplicated, reproduced, fraudulently obtained or purchased through an unauthorized source may be canceled without refund and may result in denied admission.

San Juan Beauty Show, Inc. is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties or resale platforms.

Personal Property and Participation

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. San Juan Beauty Show, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged personal property, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Participation in demonstrations, treatments, product applications or other voluntary activities is at the attendee’s discretion. Attendees should disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions directly to the participating provider before taking part.

Photography and Recording

Photography, video and audio recording may occur throughout the event. By entering the event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in event coverage, promotional materials, broadcasts or social media, subject to applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing this purchase, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or are completing the transaction with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to comply with these terms and all applicable event and venue policies. If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Agreement to Terms

Completion of the ticket purchase constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Important Ticket Information & Terms.
