During Set-Up and Tear-Down:
- No food or beverages allowed
- Minors under 18 years old are not allowed
- No open-toe shoes such as sandals or Crocs
- No shorts, sleeveless shirts, crop tops, or revealing clothing

Exhibitors are not allowed to arrive after 3:00 pm.

Sunday and Monday merchandise re-entry through the loading area with exhibitor badge.
During the event, outside food or beverages are not allowed.

Certificate of Temporary Merchant Registration.

Public Liability Insurance with the required endorsements.

Full payment of booth space on or before Thursday, October 22, 2026.

Exhibitor Badges List on or before Friday, November 6, 2026.

Valid fire extinguisher in the booth area during the event.
