To reserve your booth it is required the following:

- Contract: Complete in all its parts: sign and date below where it says signature.
- Terms & Conditions: Initial each page at the bottom and sign at the end.
- Deposit: Half or a third of the total at the time of separating the space. If the deposit is not received, the space will be available for sale. The total balance of the space must be paid on or before Tuesday, October 21, 2025. (Review the contract for the terms of cancellation).
- Fire Permit: $20.00 per space.
- TEMPORARY Trader Registration Certificate: Request a TEMPORARY Trader Registration Certificate in Suri. Search at: suri.hacienda.pr.gov. The location is: PR Convention Center, 100 Convention Blvd., San Juan, PR 00907. Event Date: November 2 & 3, 2025. Deliver a copy to San Juan Beauty Show on or before Tuesday, October 21, 2025, and put the original visible in your booth. Collect 11.5% of your sales and render it according to the law.
