To reserve your booth, the following is required:
Contract:
Complete all sections, including signature and date where indicated as “Signature.”
Terms & Conditions:
Initial each page and sign at the end.
Deposit:
A one-half or one-third deposit of the total booth cost is required to reserve your space.
If the deposit is not received, the booth space will be released for sale.
The remaining balance must be received on or before Thursday, October 22, 2026.
(Please refer to the contract for cancellation terms.)
Fire Department Permit:
$20.00 per booth space
TEMPORARY Merchant Registration Certificate:
- Request a Temporary Merchant Registration Certificate through SURI.

Restrictions of the Convention Center for the use of “Truss” for assembly of provisional structures (see attached sheet)
- You must share with SJBS and PRCC details of the suppliers you are interested in using to assemble structures that require the use of provisional structures (“truss”).
- The requirements, as applicable, are specified in the document attached to Provisional Structures, and insurance (see attached form). Please read the document in detail. The Security Department may not authorize supplier entry or may stop their assembly if these guidelines are not followed.
- Structures that are 20′ or higher must be certified by an engineer.
- Structures that are 20′ or wider must be certified by an engineer.
- For all equipment that requires “Rigging” or is hung from the ceiling:
- PSAV is the exclusive supplier in Ballroom AB.
- PSAV and LA “Rigging” are exclusive for loads over 100 lbs. in Halls ABC.

- It is required to submit the insurance endorsement before the entry of any supplier related to your event can be authorized.

Parking:
Parking is operated by USA Parking. Each vehicle pays a flat rate of $15 (may vary).
Valet parking is available for $25 (may vary).

Fire Department:
To comply with Fire Department standards and codes, please note the following:
- Emergency exits may not be blocked by drapes or any type of obstruction, equipment, etc.
- All audiovisual equipment must always be visible.
- Each audiovisual company is responsible for bringing “tape,” PC 628 GAFFERS, or “yellow jackets” to cover exposed cables. Tape and any residue must be removed at the end of the event.
- The production table is required to have a fire extinguisher on hand, provided by the audiovisual company or client.
